Just watched Alica & Huck.
I think this short movie was well made. Technically, it looks very nice; it has an interesting concept. I'm just not sure that I liked the characters much. Alice was cute at the beginning, and AM of course acted her pants off to create a jaded city-creature with little sense of personal space who has had her heart broken too many times (and likes chubby guys). I don't know the other actor, but his character wasn't as memorable. Kind of a schmuck, actually.
If this had been the length of a regular romcom, or just a tad shorter, it would have had more of a build up to the end, and I suppose I could have become more attached to the characters and seen more of their positive traits. Worth a watch, though. I would use Alice as a character in other stuff, if anyone was interesting in crossing over female characters.
I will, of course, use clips from it to make porny vids. I'll upload if someone would like.
